PREPARING FILES FOR UPLOAD

Let's start by preparing your files for upload to make sure we make the sticker sheets according to your design.

STICKER SHEET

To produce sticker sheets, we need TWO FILES from you .

UPLOAD FILES:

• Background : This is the layer your stickers will be on. It should be 19cm x 12.5cm / (7.5in x 5in) See the first image below.
• Stickers : The sticker layer must contain all sticker artwork on a transparent layer. Note: You can upload the sticker artwork as separate images if you do not have the ability to create transparent PNGs . See third image below.     

STICKER BORDER AND CUTTING OUT

We normally add a 2-4mm white outline around the die cut stickers . You can add this outline yourself if you wish, however we will need to add 1-2mm of extra bleed space to cut out the inside of the graphic without leaving any trace of the background graphic on the edges.

ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS:

• We can also use an alternative color to white, just send us the HEX code of the color you want to frame your stickers (e.g. #72b2bb)
• We can choose not to add any color and just cut it out. This option leaves the background graphic around the edges of the stickers. For example, a blue background, the border of the sticker will also be blue.

If you would like to choose an alternative option, simply add a note to your order or design your artwork using one of the methods above.

QUALITY

Make sure that the content/graphics you submit are of the highest quality at 300 DPI . The higher the quality of the graphic, the better the printing and cutting. Low quality uploads/graphics containing pixels may be rejected.

COLOR PROFILE

We print stickers Epson 6-tank CMYK inkjet printer , which produces accurate and vivid colors. We recommend using a CMYK color profile when designing to ensure that digital images are as close as possible to print. Some RGB colors, such as neon green or cyan blue, may not be printable.

SIZE

We offer standard sheet size . If you need other dimensions, please contact us.

FINISH

We offer two finishing options for our stickers: matte laminated and glossy laminated.

• MATT - Matt laminated coating (75 microns) provides smooth, non-reflective, slightly matt color protection, is waterproof, scratch-resistant and long-lasting.
• GLOSS – Glossy laminate coating (75 microns) provides exceptionally smooth, reflective and colour-brightening sticker protection, is waterproof and long-lasting.

Matte finish works best in simple designs with pastel, muted colors. Matte finish also gives the sticker an exclusive look.

Glossy laminate is suitable for more complex graphics, dark colours provide true blacks and dark colours and creates reflective stickers with a wet look.

Storage instructions:

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture. Avoid high humidity to prevent warping, fading or degradation of materials. Store flat to prevent bending or damage to decals, laminates and tabs. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.

Warnings:

Our products are not suitable for children under 3 years - small parts may pose a choking hazard. Care should be taken to avoid sharp edges on laminated products. Vinyl and plastic items are flammable - keep away from open flames and extreme temperatures.

Vinyl stickers and sticker sheets are printed with water-based inks and are therefore not suitable for outdoor use. Long-term outdoor use may result in evaporation or fading due to UV radiation. Adhesive smudging or damage due to extreme heat or cold, and more. Our vinyl and sublimated products are not dishwasher safe, hand-washable items decorated with stickers or sublimated with lukewarm water and minimal abrasion.

All our products are for decorative or functional purposes only and are not intended for consumption or misuse.

Disposal instructions:

All products should be disposed of responsibly, in accordance with local waste and recycling regulations. Vinyl decals, laminates and plastic tabs are not biodegradable and should be recycled where possible. Do not burn vinyl or plastic materials as toxic fumes may be released. Magnets should be separated from other materials and disposed of safely.
